Wurlitzerseeburg15 Speaker5200 Ohm Field CoilHere's an original 15 full range, electrodynamic speaker for use with wurlitzer, seeburg or any other tube-type audio equipment. Note it is being offered for repair ro parts, as the field coil is open. It shuold measure 5200 ohms. I have repaired field coils in the past. If you are ambitious, you can de-wind the field coil until you discover the break in the wiring, resolder it and rewind it. There's a lot of wire in there! . Or, you can order a replacement field coil from victory glass. The cone has a couple of tears which have been repaired, and moves in and out freely. Again, you can have it re-coned if you like but it probably won't be necessary. This speaker is marked 40610 on the edge of the frame and on the back of the magnet, and also 1-0-1986. Good item to keep on hand as a spare for future repair if needed. Parting out seebrugs and wurlitzers 30's thru early 60's. Please e-mail with any parts requests.
